Gabriel takes pride on being able to work with a group of people that treat each others like family. His ability to have most of his staff working with him for a very long time, sets him apart as a business owner. In our team one of the longest employed chefs is with us for over thirty five years. The rest of the kitchen team has been with the restaurant for more than fifteen years.
The front of the house is a group of highly energized young individuals who provide warm and sensible hospitality all across the board. Led by Eddie, a manager who has been by Gabriel for over ten years, the restaurant in synchronized to perfection., and provides flawless service. Alessandro Pendinelli - Executive Chef
Alessandro is a self-taught chef born in Molfetta, a small city located in South Italy. He describes his cuisine as a blend of Italian and Mediterranean. For several years, Alessandro ran his own restaurant in Italy before deciding to travel to the United States.
Moving to New York four years ago to gain experience & explore different ideas in the world of culinary was the biggest step in his career. Since then, he's worked with all types of Italian cuisine in well known restaurants like, Masseria, Gradisca, Uva, Fresco by Scotto and many more.
